Instructor Con Ed - IDC Staff Internship

The PADI training system is the most internationally recognized. An IDC Staff Instructor is a very valuable employee in the diving world and they can assist Course Directors by independently taking on the Assistant Instructor course without supervision, whilst it frees up the Course Director to take OWSI courses.

So, as an IDC Staff Instructor, you will take a very active role in training and development of future Instructors.

Working alongside our PADI Course Directors whilst you progress through your internship, you will learn the essential elements of the Instructor Development Course. The whole process will give you the opportunity to work as an assistant to PADI Course Directors.

You will also learn how to effectively teach PADI Assistant Instructors (AI's) without the direct supervision of a PADI Director.

Learning just how committed you have to be, the Staff Instructor Internship will build a base so that you can become a Course Director in the future and take the full IDC.

By becoming a PADI IDC Staff Instructor you seriously increase your dive skills, presentation abilities, evaluation techniques and your chances of employment within the dive industry.
