Auditing an entire IDC this course involves sitting the IDC Staff Instructor exams plus learning how to evaluate and score IDC candidates in Knowledge Development, Confined water and Open water teaching presentations.

Sarah will assist you with assessing your own candidate performance when you work at a dive center, and will show you how to perfectly take counselling sessions to get the best from your candidates.

An IDC Staff Instructor is a valuable element of a dive center and as a staff instructor you will be qualified to help the PADI Course Director to help them free up time to teach higher PADI level courses.

You will be certified to help with PADI IDC's with supervision, and will perform the PADI Assistant Instructor Course independently of a Director to assist a PADI Course Director on PADI IDC's as well as independently conduct the PADI Assistant Instructor course.
